Expression of cancer cell-intrinsic PD-1 associates with PD-L1 and p-S6 and predicts a good prognosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Aims: Programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) is the of programmed (PD-1), which a host immunity inhibitory receptor. Expression PD-L1 in diverse tumor types has been widely discussed, while there little research about intrinsic-PD-1. Phospho-S6 (p-S6) an important downstream effector PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.
